Peter and the Wolf - a chldren's concert by the Charlottesville High School Orchestra

Charlottesville High School Orchestra Presents "Peter and the Wolf" A Children's Concert The Charlottesville High School Orchestra's String Ensemble, directed by Laura Mulligan Thomas, will present Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf" on Saturday, January 19. WVIR-NBC29 meteorologist Clayton Stiver will narrate the classic children's tale. The concert is designed for children of all ages and will be performed at 3 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Performing Arts Center in Charlottesville. Tickets are $10 for children and $15 for adults, and are available at Greenberry's, New Dominion Bookshop, Music and Arts Center, from any CHSO member, or at the box office starting at 1 p.m. on the day of the concert. This show has sold out in previous years; advance purchase is strongly advised.
