The Winter's Tale, one of Shakespeare's last plays, is a daring mix of realism and fantasy, tragedy and comedy, tears and laughter. A husband is driven by jealous rage... A wife is unjustly accused.... An infant daughter is abandoned to her fate... Years pass... Love blooms... A wily rogue plots and schemes... Reversals, recognitions and reconciliations follow... And in the midst of it all-EXIT, pursued by a bear. General seating in the Maxwell Theatre (Black Box) is limited. No late seating. Talkbacks after the show on Feb. 10 and 15.
