Charlottesville goes toe to toe with the greatest cities in the world when it comes to booking musical talent. After all, Lady Gaga performed in London and New York City before jumping on stage at our John Paul Jones Arena and U2 had already rocked out in Paris and Chicago before playing at Charlottesville's Scott Stadium. Not to be lost in the crowds, Charlottesville also attracts up-and-coming and critically acclaimed bands to its smaller venues.
