Ebenezer House Bed and Breakfast

The Ebenezer House, a country chalet, was once the Ebenezer Methodist Church in Culpeper, Virginia, built in 1901. Dismantled in 1984 by Richard Gordon, a well known Madison, Virginia cabinet and furniture joiner who moved the building to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in beautiful Madison County, near the Rapidan River.

The house just recently has been beautifully renovated and appointed with family antiques. The Great Room with a wood burning stove consists of a formal living room, library with game table and a formal dining room opening on to the downstairs deck with a pond. Three lovely appointed rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds and a loft on the second floor. Rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Also available are two new lofts with single beds accessible by a wrought iron spiral staircase. Great place for families with children ages 10 and up and young adults.
