The McIntire Department of Music has over 90 concerts each year. The Music department's performance program, includes a full complement of adjunct Performance Faculty. In addition, they have two resident ensembles: the Albemarle Ensemble and the Rivanna Quartet. There are also many student- run ensembles such as the Glee Club, the Women's Chorus, and Black Voices.
