Hosted by the Office for Diversity and Equity in partnership with the Office of Engagement and the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Take a glimpse into the life of a living legend. You are invited to attend an evening honoring Julian Bond, Professor Emeritus at the University of Virginia. Enjoy a reception, musical performances by U.Va.’s Black Voices and the Charlottesville High School Knightengales Choir, and a screening of "Julian Bond: Reflections from the Frontlines of the Civil Rights Movement" a film by Eduardo Montes-Bradley, followed by a conversation with Julian Bond.
