Elemental Experiences

Let Elemental Experiences take you on a mini retreat away from the stresses of daily life! We offer unique experiences with nature that feature movement, mindful stretching, guided meditations, and exploring ways to reconnect with our natural world.

Our current offering is a Paddle Experience at Beaver Creek Reservoir in Crozet, VA, just 20 min west of Charlottesville. Sessions run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 9 am-12pm, continuing through September. Private groups can also book these sessions, as well as other days and times. Come enjoy some of the best scenery that Albemarle County has to offer while paddling, floating, stretching, and meditating atop an inflatable paddleboard. Beginners welcome and we emphasize "No need to stand!"
