We all have difficult bosses at one time or another. If you have a difficult boss now—or you want to prepare for the next one you might have—you’re not alone. In this PATHZ workshop, we will explore how to navigate the situation proactively. If you have a difficult boss of any kind, especially one who micromanages or is indecisive, and would like to learn strategies for working with them and for understanding their perspective and approach, come join us for great discussion and learning. In this interactive 90-minute session, you will meet and learn from others, work with a skilled facilitator who has “been there,” gain a better understanding of your difficult manager, and decide what you will do to improve your situation.
Who should attend: Anyone who needs ideas for working better with a difficult manager. Even if you don’t have one right now, chances are, you will. Also—if you’ve been called a “micromanager” or “indecisive” yourself, this workshop might also help you to see how it looks from the other side of the desk.
