Charlottesville Empowerment: Counseling and Wellness Services offers drop-in Weekly Mindfulness Sessions. Take 50-minutes for self-care, stress-reduction, and relaxation during your lunch break or at the end of your day!

Mindfulness is moment-to-moment awareness of one's experience with curiosity and acceptance... without judgment. These drop-in sessions are designed to help quiet the mind, improve attention, and enhance overall wellness. Studies show that mindfulness is
effective for:

� Stress (job, family, financial, or health)
� Anxiety and panic reduction
� Depression and sleep disturbances
� High blood pressure, chronic pain, fatigue, headaches
� Self awareness and concentration
� Relaxation and overall wellbeing

Sessions are offered Mondays 12:05-12:55 and Thursdays 5:30-6:20
