We want to help you take on canning this year! This informational class will teach you all about essential, safe, and scientifically tested methods for preserving food at home focusing on water bath canning and steam canning. We'll cover equipment, sterilization, recipe testing, altitude adjustments, safety, and basic troubleshooting.

You'll have lots of opportunities to ask questions from experienced canner Caitlin Walls.

Get ready for canning season whether you're a beginner or looking to brush up your canning skills.
