Fish Without Fear: A Small-Group Seafood Experience with Chef Mick Markley

Join Chef Mick Markley, fishmonger at Crozet Seafood Supply and graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, for an intimate evening seafood cooking experience in Crozet.

Chef Mick’s background includes Woodberry Kitchen (Baltimore), Mas, Mangione’s on Main, and Awful Arthur’s, where he began oyster shucking before building his culinary career.

In this demonstration-style class, guests will learn how to select, prepare, and cook seasonal fish and scallops with confidence. Professional techniques, sourcing insight, and paired wine tastings are included.
