Ford Haitian Foundation - Cook Off

Local Chefs from your community have come together to bring you the best in Caribbean cuisine!

Wristbands will be sold to taste and vote on each dish prepared by our local chefs. There will also be a Silent Auction featuring generous donations from regional businesses (including Cardinal Point Winery, Pearl Island, and Tips & Toes Nail Salon) that will take place throughout the day. All proceeds from cook-off wristband sales and the silent auction will go directly to support the Ford Haitian Foundation, an organization based out of North Garden, Virginia dedicated to supporting the Haitian community, helping them to provide a free health clinic with missions four times a year, and an orphanage that provides free primary, secondary & vocational education to students.

Live music will be featured during the cook off from local musicians Jon Spear & Brian Franke, Plus, you can find sweet treats from Kona Ice, serving shaved ice on-site.
