Dontavius Williams will highlight Colonial chocolate-making and its historical ties to American slavery through a cooking demonstration in the reconstructed kitchen in Montpelier’s South Yard. This presentation is made possible by the Forrest E. Mars, Jr. Chocolate History Grant.
