The Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection of the University of Virginia is the only museum in the United States dedicated to the exhibition and study of Indigenous Australian art. We are currently open by reservation only due to COVID19. Our space is small but the experience is rich! Expand your world and make fascinating and surprising connections with:

  • the latest and greatest contemporary Indigenous from Australia

  • an exploration of Indigenous Australians' deep connection to place and country
