To request visitor guides in bulk for your conference, meeting, or wedding, please use this form.


We are happy to supply you with copies of the following guides:

Submit Your Request

Please allow one week for our team to assemble your order. Orders can be shipped directly to you or picked up at our offices Wednesdays & Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The CACVB may use your email address to contact you about the fulfillment of your bulk order request.

For requests above 200, we are only able to provide visitor guides, maps, and unstuffed welcome bags.

Please select your top four brochures for your bulk order. Please note that during peak visitation seasons, particularly spring and fall, some brochures may be unavailable for large orders. If we’re unable to fulfill your request as submitted, our team will contact you to discuss possible substitutions.

Orders can be picked up at the Administrative Offices of the CACVB. Wednesday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Please note that turn around time is at least 1 week. Additionally, shipping time may be a week or more.
