Due to Winter Storm Fern, the associated ice accumulation and cold temperatures delaying the melting of ice, venues, attractions and roadways may have continued operational impacts. At the moment, these include:

• Albemarle County Parks & Recreation: Due to continued work to clear roads and parking lots, the following park gates remain closed: Biscuit Run, Walnut Creek, Chris Greene, Mint Springs, Byrom Park, Totier Park, Simpson Park, and Preddy Creek. More information.

• The entire length of Skyline Drive is currently closed due to hazardous winter conditions. More information.
