Albemarle Baking Company has added a Pavailler brick furnace oven to their bakery – the first of its kind in Central Virginia. Their team of artisan bakers prepares everything by hand. They are trained in traditional methods, using the freshest ingredients and time-honored recipes.

Seasonal Bakery Selections: Ciabatta and Campagne, sourdough, rye, whole wheat, challah, baguettes, focaccia, rolls and more. All breads, with few exceptions, are fat free. The pastry kitchen offers an exquisite selection of pastries – cookies, croissants, danishes, scones, cakes & coffee cakes, brownies, chocolate items and more. Special order your traditional and non-traditional wedding cakes.
