Barboursville Vineyards

17655 Winery Road
Barboursville, Virginia 22923

Established in 1976 by Gianni Zonin, whose family has been producing wines throughout Italy since 1821, Barboursville Vineyards is dedicated to growing estate-bottled wines of European heritage which merit comparison with the finest wines of their kind, grown anywhere in the world.

Occupying the estate of James Barbour, Virginia’s Governor during the War of 1812, Barboursville is a welcoming destination for its array of superb vintages, its casually elegant Palladio Restaurant, and for its historic landmark plantation Ruins of the mansion Thomas Jefferson designed for Governor Barbour, within a serene private park.
