Founded by Doug & Kim Hotz in 1999, Rio Hill Wine & Beer is a family owned and operated wine shop conveniently located in Rio Hill Shopping Center, just off Route 29 North.

After many years experience in wholesale wine, Doug decided to bring his passion for wine to the Hotzs' hometown of Charlottesville. Rio Hill Wine & Beer features great wines -- from all over the world -- for all budgets. Doug and his fellow staff members are excited to share their knowledge of wine with you.
