Bring a lawn chair if you want to be comfortable as you enjoy the celebration. The Crozet Independence Day Celebration begins at 5:00 PM with the Crozet Volunteer Fire Department parade on Crozet Avenue to Crozet Park. The celebration is right after that at King Family Vineyards (KFV; 6550 Roseland Farm, Crozet) with two local bands, amusements for children, food, local beer, cider, wine and finishing with fireworks around 9:30PM.

At the King Family Vineyards, the celebration will offer traditional American Fourth of July fare, including hamburgers, popcorn, tacos, and sno-cones, as well as vegetarian and vegan choices, and other favorites. Starr Hill beer, Bold Rock Cider, and King Family Vineyard wine will also be available as well as amusements for the kids.

We want everyone to enjoy our small-town event, so we ask for donations at the entrance - A donation of $5 per person (and children 9 and under are free) as you enter the celebration (parking is free). The non-profit civic groups in western Albemarle (e.g., CVFD (https://crozetfire.org), WARS (https://www.westernrescue.org/)) benefit from any money raised above the cost of the event.
