Cville Glass&Fire Experience

Join Studio1050 and MilkGlass for the Cville Glass & Fire Experience, a free community event bringing two different styles of glassblowing together in one place.

Watch local artists work with both traditional furnace glassblowing and torch-based glassblowing, see how molten glass is transformed into finished artwork, and get a closer look at the techniques behind each process.

Throughout the event, visitors can meet the artists, enjoy live demonstrations, participate in hands-on glassmaking activities, enter giveaways, and grab something to eat from local food vendors.

Whether you've never seen glassblowing before or have always wanted to try it yourself, this is a chance to experience both sides of the craft up close.

Free admission and open to the public.
