Historic Preservation Lecture Series - Shining Light on Charlottesville’s Hidden History

Join Beloved Community Cville for an engaging journey through Charlottesville’s often overlooked or unknown local history. We’ll introduce the Beloved Community Tours website, view a curated selection of short documentary films, and hear from narrators about their personal connections to the historical sites.

This program is part of the Historic Preservation Lecture Series put on jointly by the Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society, Preservation Piedmont, the Albemarle County Historic Preservation Committee and the City of Charlottesville Historic Resources Committee.
