Salty Bottom Blue farms in the mid-bay, where the cleaner, cooler waters provide the ideal environment for growing fresh-tasting, high-salinity Chesapeake oysters. Founded by Scott Gray, Salty Bottom Blue employs innovative sustainable aquaculture techniques to ensure a dependable supply of premium local oysters from these pristine mid-bay waters.
