National Love No Ego Day

Join us in celebrating National Love…No Ego Day, an uplifting outdoor experience designed to support mindfulness, meaningful connection, and our shared humanity. Hosted by the Love No Ego Foundation, this nationally recognized day invites individuals and families to step away from daily pressures, set aside titles and expectations, and come together in support of one another.

The free community gathering will take place on March 16, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 pm at Darden Towe Park and will include guided meditation with gentle movement, music, and time for reflection and connection. Participants are encouraged to arrive between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm to settle in and set up with a yoga mat, blanket, or chair; extra supplies will be available.

Admission is free and all are welcome; registration is requested to support event planning. Donations are appreciated but not required. National Love…No Ego Day is officially recognized by the National Day Archives of the United States.
