Join We the Kids on Wednesday, June 3rd as we explore the Landmark Forest at Montpelier. Hear a story about a big adventure in the woods, and then set off on your own! Guided by Montpelier’s own brave explorers, you will be introduced to plants, insects, and animals who make their homes in the Landmark Forest. Then return to our classrooms to create your very own nature inspired art to take home.

Program Details:

This is a paid program. Preregistration is required.

All adults must be accompanied by a child, and we kindly ask that no adults be left unattended.

House tours may be purchased separately if desired.

A property pass is included with this program.

A Property Pass provides admission to Montpelier’s gardens, grounds, trails, and exhibits including: the Annie duPont Formal Garden, The Mere Distinction of Colour exhibition, the Landmark Forest, 8 miles of walking and hiking trails, Madison family and Enslaved Community cemeteries, picnic grounds, and more!
