King Family Vineyards is a family owned and operated vineyard and boutique winery located in Crozet, Virginia, 15 minutes west of Charlottesville, at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are conveniently located to Rt. 250, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Skyline Drive and only minutes from I-64.
Our vines have produced award winning wines including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Viognier. We are open daily from 10am to 5:30pm and until 8:30pm on Wednesday. Last tastings are offered 30 minutes before close. The Tasting Room is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day. Tastings and tasting flights begin at $20 per person.
The covered veranda, expansive lawn, and brick patio are perfect for outdoor picnics while the Tasting Room and warm stone fireplace and enclosed pavilion are inviting on cooler days. A selection of gourmet cheeses, salamis, spreads and hot french bread are available in our Tasting Room.
Visit on Sundays in May through October for Roseland Polo matches. Please visit our website for reserved tastings, tours or private events. Buses are welcome by appointment.
