Hospitality Job Fairs
Recruit your next employees and help build our community's hospitality workforce through our K-12 Job Fairs.
We invite you to join this year’s hospitality job fairs put on in partnership with Albemarle County Public Schools in March 2024. These job fairs will be held at Albemarle County’s high schools and are free for businesses in Charlottesville and Albemarle County to participate in.
By educating students about the tourism industry and providing budding talent with job opportunities, we can continue to improve upon the quality of life for our community and support a robust tourism ecosystem.
If your business/organization would like to host a table at one or more of the fairs to speak with students, please complete the registration form. You are welcome to register for multiple dates.

- Thursday, March 7th, 2024 | Albemarle High School | 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Friday, March 8th, 2024 Western Albemarle High School | 10:25 AM - 1:00 PM
Eligibility to Participate
Your business or organization is welcome to table at the Job Fairs if you are...
- Located in Charlottesville or Albemarle County
- Offering paid positions (internships, part-time, etc.)
- Your business serves visitors in the tourism and hospitality space — including restaurants, wineries, attractions and experiences, history, the arts, shopping, and more.
